Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping free?

Shipping costs vary by order. For original paintings, shipping depends on the size of the artwork, packaging requirements, and destination.

Any shipping charges not already included or calculated at checkout will be communicated before the artwork ships.

How long do fine-art prints take?

Fine-art prints are made to order and typically require approximately 2–3 business days for production, plus carrier shipping time.

Delivery timing may vary depending on the print size, format, destination, and shipping carrier.

How are original paintings delivered?

Original paintings are carefully packed for safe transport.

Depending on the size of the artwork and destination, the most appropriate shipping or delivery method will be selected. Local delivery in the St. Augustine and St. Johns area may also be available by arrangement.

Originals & Prints

What is the difference between an original painting and a fine-art print?

An original is the one-of-a-kind painting created by Pamela Patton by hand.

Fine-art prints are professionally produced reproductions of selected original works, allowing collectors to enjoy Pamela’s artwork in additional sizes and formats.

Are original paintings framed?

Yes. Each original painting is individually framed in natural wood unless otherwise noted on the artwork listing.

The framing is selected to complement both the painting and its intended setting.

Are fine-art prints framed?

Framing depends on the format and options selected for the individual print.

Please review the product listing carefully before purchasing to confirm the size, format, and framing option you are ordering.

Returns & Damage

Can I return a painting or print?

Original paintings are final sale except in the case of shipping damage or an incorrect item.

Fine-art prints are made to order. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me at hello@pamelapatton.art with photos so I can make it right.

Please contact me before returning any artwork. Returns must be approved in advance.

A print that was produced correctly according to the size, format, orientation, or framing option selected at checkout is not considered defective simply because another option may later be preferred.

What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

Please contact me as soon as possible at hello@pamelapatton.art and include photographs of both the artwork and the packaging.

I will review the issue with you and determine the appropriate next step.

Submitting an inquiry does not obligate either party, and each commission request is considered individually.
